SPACI

SPACI (italian acronym for Polymeric Automatic Station built in a Standard Container) is a complete plant turnkey solution, that allows a great adaptability to several industrial sectors.

These solutions are characterized by the installation of GHT DECANTER of different size, equipped with a complete setup for polymer preparation along with a process control and management system.

The plants are equipped with all the necessary functioning parts (pumps, motors, polymer station, etc.) and can be equipped, too, with an energy generator, lights, air conditioning and an area for a workstation. Each single plant is integrated in a 20 feet or 40 feet standard container and can be put, eventually, even on a mobile vehicle.

These ones are characterized by the even denomination (GHT 10, GHT 22, GHT 34, etc).

The scroll and the bowl drive of these machines is given by a single electric motor operated by an inverter that enables a proportional differential speed variation.

This model is suitable for processes with constant inlet characteristics and with a fix outlet result.

These ones are characterized by an uneven denomination (GHT 11, GHT 23, GHT 45, etc).

The bowl drive is given by an electric motor while the scroll is operated by an hydraulic system. The rpm speed variation is continuous and automatic and takes place in two manners: by means of adjusting a constant rotation (the drive coupling changes according to the dry solid) , or a constant coupling (the rotations vary according to the dry solid value). This line is suitable when the product to be treated has variable inlet characteristics and a high dry solid outlet value is requested.
