Since the beginning research into and the development of cutting edge technology has guided the companies to decision making process. The principle objective of the research has always been the choice of materials, the treatments and the construction geometry. Today, the increased demand for high levels of performance makes it necessary to concentrate our attention on the whole "system", dedicating ourselves therefore even more to the realisation of control, protection and automation systems. For the research applied and for some specific tasks, the company cooperates with Italian and Foreign Universities and with high specialized consultants of different production areas.
The high Gennaretti machine quality is given by the machine body wholly casted in thick iron casting (giving compactness and assuring bearings' axial position) and by the INOX steel casted outlets (an extremely important characteristic for the ecologic sector, protecting against corrosion, and for the food sector, assuring hygiene and cleaning reason of the machine).
All the components are subject to opportune stabilisations to remove the thermic tensions. The GHT system gets the transmission from one single electric motor and transmit it, by means of an hydraulic or mechanic system to the rotation parts, by using a new designed tender controlled drive system. The decanter also has a limited internal scroll diameter so as to guarantee a wide liquid band. The compact distribution of the different components allows a reduction of the machine dimension.
The technologic innovation is not only given by their structure.
Even for all electric, electronic and control components innovative solution are used: starting up by inverter, continuous oil lubrication, controlled scroll rotation with the PWM method, possibility of modem connection. Further the adjustment and control system, that has been realized with the use of PLC, enables numerous technical and production checks.

The introduction of a modem to permit communication with the client's control system, allows our technicians to manage and control completely the machine over the telephone line.
Complete automation enables the plant to work without operators, thus keeping down administration costs, even if the machine is working for 24 hours.
Continuous research and development has enabled the setting up of innovative systems characterised by their construction concept, enabling a correct and continuous functioning, even in the most difficult and stressful working situations. Further, the compact machine structure and the silent nature of the machines have substantially improved the working conditions, making the working area clean and silent.
Gennaretti decanters can be used for applications in zones classified by the present ATEX rules, other than in chemical and petrochemical sectors and where these applications are needed.
This characteristic can be useful to solve safety requirements in particular working conditions. Applications can be many, from petroleum field to chemical processes and all products where a special care against explosions is required.
The electrical equipment according to ATEX rules is studied for our machines working conditions and for those of more complex plants. At the same time all electric, hydraulic, pneumatic components are certified ATEX.
